Ignite Me - Word Art

I love the Shatter Me trilogy, so much so that I named Ignite Me as my most favourite read of 20114. Tahereh Mafi has a beautiful, lyrical writing style that's absorbing, captivating and well, you know, there's also Warner. Enough said.

The Shatter Me trilogy is a YA dystopian, but with that being said it is also heavy with the romance in comparison to other books of the same genre. Now that didn't bother me at all, because Mafi's character development was so on point it was refreshing and exciting, and Juliette's voice was so unique I loved every page. (You can check out my Shatter Me review here, and my overall series discussion on Youtube here.)

(Spoiler warning for this video!)

That's not to say I didn't have gripes with this trilogy, I did. The cross outs in the first book were so heavy, to me they came across as a gimmick - and this series is way too good for gimmicks in my opinion. But in the grand scheme of things, that's a very small issue.

Plus, those covers. I mean, look at them. I can't even, I just can't. They are hands down the most beautiful covers I have on my bookshelf. No question.

But like I said in my introduction, it was Mafi's beautiful and lyrical writing style that pulled me in, so much so that I created this word art. The quotes are mostly from Ignite Me, which was hands down my most favourite book of the trilogy.

I loved it so much, I decided it would be wonderful to share this with you all. You are free to use it for personal use, but it is not to be used in anything you intend to sell.

Enjoy!
